Access is extremely important to us and we believe all events should be accessible for everyone to enjoy. However, due to LOOPFEST being held in multiple venues across Shrewsbury, many of which are old buildings we can’t guarantee access to all events. We have a page for each venue that explains access available.<\/p>\n<\/div>

THE SQUARE<\/h3>\n

The Square is an open area in the centre of Shrewsbury Town Centre. Closest accessible toilets are at the Old Market Hall and Shrewsbury Museum (until 4pm) then we suggest using one of the local bars or Shrewsbury Unitarian Church (until 7pm).<\/p>\n

There are general parking spaces on Castle Street. We suggest drop off at Shrewsbury Railway Station which is on ground level, will be free from fast moving traffic and is just a short walk up to the Castle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Customers with accessibility difficulties who need a full-time assistant in order to attend an event are eligible to purchase 2-for-1 tickets, in order to bring a personal assistant or carer to the event at no extra cost.<\/p>\n

To apply for a 2-for-1 ticket, please book a standard entry ticket and then email proof of eligibility using this form<\/strong><\/a>. We accept the Access Card as proof of eligibility and will provide the stated assistant tickets for that card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

To access LOOPFEST venues, please order a wristband through the TICKETLOOP website and then send proof of entry via this form.<\/p>\n

Any of the below are accepted, in addition, we will review an application without these forms of evidence on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

\nOnce your request has been received and approved we will email you back with further information as to how your personal assistant ticket will be issued.<\/p>\n

We currently do not offer any audio enhancement systems although this is something we are exploring along with means of improving access to performances for anyone with an access requirement including deaf and hard of hearing, learning disabilities and autism.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

We welcome audience members who need to be in possession of medicines, food, or drink to manage a medical condition, or medical equipment. Please contact us<\/a><\/strong> if you have any concerns.
