In 2024, Shrewsbury Town Centre experienced record sales and footfall over the early May Bank Holiday, increasing visitor numbers by 21,000 (over the Saturday and Sunday) vs the previous year (a total of 61,000 visitors in 2023 vs 82,000 visitors in 2024).
