LOOPFEST is a free-entry music and arts festival from 10am to 8pm. There will still be lots of events happening after 8pm, most of which will be free. But some venues many choose to charge to help cover the operating costs of running their schedule. Other venues may choose to hold ticketed events in the evening. We will ensure that there’s lots of free options available so everyone can enjoy the whole day of live music.

LOOPFEST is child-friendly but each venue may have a different policy on under 18s on their premises. Please keep an eye on the venue information pages for more information.

We’re currently building a list of artists, performers and venues. All information will be available soon. If you want to keep up-to-date with the latest news releases from LOOPFEST please join our mailing list.

We love all animals at LOOPFEST, but most dogs won’t appreciate loud music and busy venues. Ultimately it’s down to the individual venue and/or dog owner.

Musicians wishing to perform at LOOPFEST can apply by visiting the Musician page, for all other performances from dancers to theatrical productions and anything else conceivable please visit the Performers page.

This is a FREE ENTRY festival, and as such anyone willing to perform will be doing so for free. Backlines, engineers and sound systems will be provided at each venue. Some venues may choose to sponsor a number of acts and we are actively seeking out stage sponsorship to support as many performers as possible.

As a FREE ENTRY festival, LOOPFEST is actively looking for sponsors to help cover the cost of running the festival. Sponsorship will be allocated to cover the cost of sound engineers, performers, PA Hire, materials (for craft making), advertising and event management. Sponsors will have the opportunity to be promoted physically in venues as well as on all literature (physical and digital). To discuss packages please visit our Sponsors page.

Any venue that is permitted to stage live entertainment can take part.
