ABOUT LOOPFEST

LOOPFEST is one of Shropshire’s most unique festivals. We wanted to create an event about championing musicians and artists from Shrewsbury, across Shropshire and the UK/World. What makes our event different from other festivals, such as Let’s Rock Shrewsbury, is that our focus is on bringing this Shropshire town to life by filling as many venues as possible with music and providing a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

LOOPFEST is a three-day multi-venue music festival in Shrewsbury, Shropshire held on Fri 2nd to Sun 4th May 2025.

To date, every one of our festivals has always been family-orientated and fun for people of all ages. Some venues have specific licensing conditions, but we have a range of entertainment that allows everyone to join.

LOOPFEST is held throughout Shrewsbury, and unlike the Shropshire Festivals’ Shrewsbury Food Festival or Oktoberfest, or events held at the West Mid Showground such as Heal Festival – our event is held in Shrewsbury Town Centre. Our event includes 20 venues.

We have broken sales and footfall records for three consecutive years. In 2024 the event increased footfall by over 21,000 people over the weekend. So it’s safe to say that LOOPFEST is one of the biggest festivals in Shropshire.

To access all the LOOPFEST venues* you can purchase a wristband. The prices are £12 for adults, £6 for children (5 – 15) and under 5s go free. LOOPFEST does not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care of liability for any under 18’s on-site.

* The wristbands don’t guarantee entry if the venues are up to capacity but pre-ordering your wristband helps us programme the event to ensure maximum happiness! Wristbands do not enable entry to ticketed shows at Shrewsbury Castle, St. Mary’s Church or The Buttermarket on Friday 2nd May 2025.
