Information for Venues

LOOPFEST 22 is happening on Saturday 17th September from 12pm to 8pm, we will still bill any acts that are performing after 8pm only that we can’t guarantee free entry as some venues will be charging (such as ticketed events).

  • We’ll arrange the artists, though you may wish to sponsor a band or artist (if you regularly host live music on Saturday evenings, we’ll assume that is the same as sponsoring a performer)
  • If you have a PA or in-house sound engineer please let us know (many local artists already self-mix in venues around town, but not all artists do)
  • Please let us know if you have any preferences regarding live music so we can allocate artists accordingly (managed by a committee to ensure fairness)
  • Allow us to host sponsors banners at your premises (this of course would be based on a discussion with yourself beforehand)
  • Allow us to collect for our designated charity SaaTH Neonatal Care Unit
  • Allow us to promote LOOPFEST in your premises and support our Social Media and PR activities where appropriate (we understand you’re busy)
  • Be able to offer refreshments to your allocated artists (we’re working on sponsorship)
