Lantern Making Workshops

We will be making lanterns in this family-friendly workshop using a variety of recycled materials, inspired by LOOPFEST’s Metamorphosis theme – think caterpillars, butterflies, frogs and more…

Enjoy making your creations and then show them off in LOOPFEST’s parade through Shrewsbury Town Centre, keep your eyes peeled for more details…

Tickets are available in one hour time slots to help us stagger entry so that we can support everyone with their creations. Please book one ticket for every participant as this will help us to manage our materials and available space in the venues – if you would like to make a lantern, book a ticket! Children and young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We are running this workshop at both Shrewsbury Library and Cups and Creators simultaneously, please only book tickets for one venue.
